Cruisers embarking at the Pan American Terminal will want to shop for last-minute items and dine while in Old San Juan or at the airport, as this terminal has no services surrounding it. Maybe we’ll never know the true story behind this legendary chapel.Right next to the chapel is Parque de las Palomas (Pigeon Park), the perfect spot to enjoy a magnificent view of the harbor, city and mountains.

For those staying in the nearby hotels as they wait to board their cruise ship, transportation couldn’t be easier. The cruise terminal facilities available to cruise passengers are actually quite impressive, especially relative to what you would typically expect from a Caribbean port. As you walk through the city you’ll see 17th century architecture and dine at several different delicious restaurants sampling traditional dishes, local deserts and rum.... Puerto Rico has also lost some of its cruise tourism business due to a lack of investment in the infrastructure of the port, which has deteriorated extensively.
